One Year Limited Warranty on Cabinets

Rob Terry Cabinets (RTC) warrants to original consumer purchasers for a period of 1 year from the original date of purchase that all other components of Rob Terry Cabinets cabinetry shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. The warranty becomes null and void if complete payment is not made within the terms specified in Billing Terms.

Should defects in material or workmanship be shown to exist in any RTC product, RTC may repair or replace, at our option, any such defective product covered by our warranty. The warranty does not cover deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage by misuse, neglect, acts of God, use of household cleaners, exposure to moisture or extreme heat, abuse and other occurrences beyond the control of RTC. This warranty also excludes defects in hardware (door hinges, drawer runners, knobs and pulls). 

Wood varies in color and characteristics and will exhibit subtle changes as it ages. For example, white painted face frames will eventually have visible seam lines at the joint areas, and each cabinet wood species will darken or lighten with time. Furthermore, sunlight, smoke, household cleaners and other environmental conditions will also affect the color match of all cabinetry over a period of time. These occurrences are considered to be the nature of the materials and are not covered under this warranty.
